Big Game Fishing:
South Florida stands out as one of the best spot fishing destinations in the United States. We have mahi mahi, wahoo, king fish, shark, snapper and tuna, to name a few YEAR ROUND. Our winter and spring sailfish bite is the best this side of Mexico, and it is all within miles of the beach!
Sword Fishing:
Almost desecrated by commercial fishing in the seventies and eighties, the management and rebirth of sword fishing in south Florida has caused, One Of The Biggest Booms in Sport fishing history. Caught not only at night now we can fish for them anytime. And as with all fishing with me, light tackle and release is not only allowed, but encouraged.
Intercoastal Cruising:
If the ocean is a little intimidating to you, come and enjoy the Venice of America. South Florida’s vast canals. We can booze cruise and look at houses or take a trip to a local bar or restaurant. We may even be able to do some fishing on the inside. Canal cruises are not as weather dependent as offshore fishing so it can be a great way to save a day when it is too windy to go offshore. We will customize your trip with catering available. Still a six person max, but a fun way to spend an afternoon.
Ashes at Sea:
The scattering of cremated remains on the sea’s surface is a timeless tradition — a chosen funeral custom for thousands of years. For those wishing to plan their own memorial voyage, we will provide the vessel and crew.

Captain Christian is a seasoned skipper with over 20 years of charter experience in the
waters of Florida, Florida Keys and the Bahamas. As a South Florida fisherman, he knows
exactly how to get on the fish. His extensive knowledge spans various fishing styles,
including trolling, bottom fishing, live bait, wreck fishing, kite fishing, and even the
challenging art of Swordfishing. A day on the water with him not only promises an action-
packed adventure but also valuable insights into the world of fishing. Armed with the nicest boat in Pompano,
high end tackle and cutting edge techniques, you’ll be on the fish in no time. Captain Christian has dedicated his
life to fishing and learning, so he can bring the greatest joys of his life for others to share.
About Her:
Ringmaster is a 53' Hatteras with twin 12v71 650hp Detroit Diesels. She is air conditioned, rigged with full amenities from refrigeration, microwave, cook top, stereo and TVs throughout. She has two heads "toilets", fresh water wash down and a shower. She sleeps six in two staterooms. On the bridge, we have ample seating and all required safety equipment, including life jackets and inflatable life raft.
Cockpit:
The Cockpit "back fishing area" is equipped with three fighting chairs, transom door, built-in iced drink cooler, tackle storage, fresh water and a freezer. We also have some built in sun/shade and plenty of chilled fish storage to keep your catch fresh!
Fishing Equipment:
Ringmaster is equipped with the latest electronics: Sonar, Radar, vhf and GPS. We have a complete set of Shimono rods and reels including spinning tackle, electric kite fishing reels 20,30, 50 and 80 pd class tackle. And, enough Gaffs, tail ropes and equipment to get your catch safely on the deck. We use the latest in fluorocarbon leader technologies and spare no expense on having the best tackle available.

Excellent Offshore Trip with Ringmaster Charters
We had an incredible 6-hour trip earlier this month with Ringmaster Charters. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Captain John knew exactly where to put us on the fish, and the deckhand was one of the most skilled and hard-working I’ve ever seen (apologies to him as his name escapes me)— truly made the trip smooth and enjoyable.
We caught a couple of kingfish, some tuna, and a solid amberjack to end the trip. We even hooked into a sailfish and got it within 25 yards of the boat before it threw the hook—an unforgettable moment!
Highly recommend this charter if you're looking for a fun, professional, and action-packed day on the water.

Very Efficient Morning Charter.
Very Efficient Morning Charter.
Captain John and mate Tyler were ready for our party of 6 at 6:30am and by 7:15 we were in 200' of water and fishing. A 10# and 18# tuna joined a king, a barracuda and a throw back juvenile dolphin by 11:00. We left with 6+# of tuna and on Johns recommendation we brought our tuna to Chef Dees for dinner.
They prepared our tuna every way possible and the 8 of us agreed that it was one of the best dinners the 8 of us had eaten. Everything about the charter was first rate. Their experience was apparent throughout.

Captain John and First Mate Tyler were superb! Fishing was challenging for everyone our day but these guys got us on fish! A few Dolphin, a skipjack tuna, a small shark and a barracuda- not bad for a “slow” day 🙂
We went back and forth picking a boat- we made the right call. The equipment was top notch, the boat was fantastic and these guys felt like we were old fishing buddies from the moment we left the dock. We hope to make fishing with them a tradition whenever our annual work convention cycles through Ft Lauderdale. 🙂
